Kate Spade Carmen Satchel Bag

As I was cleaning up my closet earlier, I took into account all functional items that I have been using only in rare occasions.

Bags and shoes take most of my time in my tropical version of 'spring cleaning'.  As I was holding a beautiful arm candy, I was prompted to answer the inevitable question: to sell, or not to sell?

I just have to write about it here.  The decision-making process for this scenario is not easy.  BAGaholic folks would understand.

Inhale, exhale...

Sometimes we let go of beautiful things to make room for more.

Description:  Kate Spade Carmen Satchel Flap Bag
Color:  Buttermilk and Black
Material:  Cow leather
Type:  Medium satchel bag, flap, with detachable and adjustable leather strap, may also be worn as a cross body bag
Interior:  Cloth lining with silky texture, two compartments - main compartment has one inner pocket with zipper, secondary compartment has zipper
Condition:  Excellent condition, well-maintained, supple leather and shiny hardware
Add-on:  Original cloth bag and care card

Maintenance:
  *   Occasional application of gentle leather conditioner and metal cleaner for the hardware.
  *   Since we live in a tropical country, premium leather goods must be protected from molds.  Take the bag out of its cloth occasionally, especially when not in use for a long time.  Do not place on direct sunlight.
  *   No need to pamper this bag.  Just give it the right amount of care, so you can enjoy it for years.
Use:  Charm + Functional.  It is a sturdy bag that can hold stuff, e.g., wallet, cellphone, cosmetic kit, small folding umbrella, and a 12 oz. water tumbler.

I bought this beautiful satchel from a Kate Spade boutique in Southern California (think, spring time weather and road trip).  For its sentimental value, I want to sell it to a friend who knows how to take care of bags.
